A. Packages start from £50/month per building. Costs vary depending on whether you choose Monitor, Manage, Comply+, or Tailor-Made. Surveys and remedial works are billed separately at cost.
A. Yes. If you pay annually, you receive a 10% discount on your chosen package. There’s also a one-off £75 onboarding fee per building.
