These Terms govern the use of the ComplyBlock website and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service Provision

• Services are provided via monthly subscription packages (Monitor, Manage, Comply+, Tailor-Made).

• Onboarding fee of £75 per building applies.

• Surveys and remedial works are billed separately via vetted contractors.

Payments

• Monthly or annual billing is available.

• Annual payments receive a 10% discount.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Liability

ComplyBlock ensures surveys and remedial works are carried out by accredited contractors. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party contractors or regulatory changes.

Termination

You may cancel services with 30 days’ written notice.
